3. No Upfront Payment Policy Some packages may be eligible for our "No Upfront Payment" offer. This offer is subject to qualification and approval and may require a signed commitment agreement outlining payment terms once the site is approved or goes live.
4. Payment Terms Unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement, payments for services are due upon project milestone completion or upon final approval and launch of your website. Late payments may incur a fee. Recurring services (e.g., hosting, care plans, software licenses) are billed monthly and require a valid payment method on file.
5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the website templates, custom designs, code, text, and graphics, remain the property of ConvertHaus unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed website for your business purposes.
6. User Content and Responsibilities If you submit content to us (images, logos, testimonials, etc.), you affirm that you have the legal rights to use and share this content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to fulfill our Services.
7. Service Availability & Modifications We aim to keep our Services available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice.
8. Third-Party Services Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools, software, or platforms (e.g., Duda, Go High Level). We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or terms of service of those third parties.
9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Any unpaid fees will remain due upon termination.
